You can browse our website without providing any personal information. Each time you access the site, our hosting provider automatically records technical data in server log files: the requested file, your IP address, date and time of access, amount of data transferred, and the requesting browser/provider. These logs are used solely to ensure stability and security and are deleted no later than seven days after your visit. Our website is hosted by a third-party provider located within the European Union / European Economic Area, who processes this data on our behalf under a data processing agreement.
3. Data We Collect
We collect personal data when you place an order (name, billing/shipping address, email, phone number where provided, order details), create a customer account, contact us by email or contact form, or sign up for our newsletter. Fields marked as required are necessary to fulfill your order or request; without them we may be unable to process it. Your data is used to process orders, manage your account, and respond to inquiries. It is deleted once no longer needed for these purposes, unless we are legally required to retain it (e.g., tax and commercial record-keeping obligations) or you’ve consented to further use. You may delete your customer account at any time by contacting us.
4. Sharing Your Data
We only share data with third parties where necessary to run our shop: Shipping providers, to deliver your order. With your consent, we may share your email and/or phone number with the carrier for delivery updates. Payment providers, depending on your chosen payment method, including PayPal. 5. Payment Processing – PayPal
If you pay with PayPal, we share the data needed for that transaction (name, billing/shipping address, email, order amount, payment method) with: PayPal, Inc. 2211 N. 6. Newsletter
If you sign up for our newsletter, we use your email address to send updates, promotions, and product news, based on your consent. You can withdraw consent at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us — this doesn’t affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. We use a third-party email service provider based in the EU/EEA to send these emails, under a data processing agreement.
7. Embedded Content (YouTube)
Some pages, including our homepage, embed videos from YouTube. When a page with an embedded video loads, YouTube (Google LLC) may collect data about your visit, including your IP address, even if you don’t play the video. Our shop uses essential cookies required for core functions such as your shopping cart and checkout session. These are strictly necessary and do not require consent under applicable law.
